Sautéed Garlic Scapes
1) Snap scapes into bite size pieces
2) Place a sauté pan on medium high heat
3) Add olive oil and allow it to get hot (10-15 seconds)
4) Sauté until al dente only, sauté means “to jump”, move them around, do not overcook! Depending on the heat they may be done in 30 seconds.
5) Serve as a side or main dish. Tastes like roasted garlic with a spring flavor
